We’ve been using Fedex for our tool shipping because of problems with USPS. It was taking so long for customers to get items even when sent priority mail with USPS. We noticed small packages are quite a bit cheaper to send via USPS and have tried to negotiate our fedex small packaging prices with some difference but still pricey... that being said, We’ve returned USPS as a shipping option and we can see how it goes. We’ve had very few issues with Fedex and recommend that option. However, we want you all to choose which you prefer and we will ship either way... just know we are doing the best we can and shipping most orders same day if placed Mon-Fri (so long as not a custom tool) and USPS hasn’t been the most reliable and we cannot guarantee delivery with them.
